Scheduling Appointments

You may call (757) 962–6262 to schedule an office visit. We make same-day appointments or schedule up to three months in advance. We do, however, respectfully ask that you obtain a copy of your medical records prior to your first office visit if at all possible. Please download and print this authorization form and send it to your physician to request that your previous medical records be released to our office; note that most facilities charge a modest fee for retrieving and copying your records. (The authorization form is a PDF file and will open in a new window; if you do not have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, you may download it directly from Adobe at no cost.)

Dr. Michael Thompson is available on Monday and Tuesday from 9 am until 5 pm. Dr Linda George of Trinity Medical Care is available from 9 to 5 Monday through Friday.

Please click a month below to see our available office hours, including vacation and holidays (Dr. George’s hours are color coded). Dr. Thompson is also available for urgent matters by cell phone to his established patients and will consider making special arrangements, such as house calls, in truly pressing cases.
